Salam Lovelies..
Sorry for the delay. I was busy with some school stuffs and work. Won't be much from me tho.
As you lovelies know (or may not know), I'm in RP, second year, doing Diploma in Sports and Leisure Management. Mine is under the same school as Site's.
Honestly, school is quite boring. Why? Because I say so. :) Imagine, doing the same thing every single day; Morning, you come in class, on your laptop, go to your workspace, open the problem given, do template and worksheet. Then in the afternoon, you do presentation. And then, you go back. (ok, now you all can imagine how boring it is).
The only thing that makes school a gerek place is because of the IGs. Something like CCA. And in RP, we have about a hundred IGs. I joined rock climbing and JIVE. Kalau rock climbing tu, everyone tau la kan, ape bende tu? Stakat panjat panjat batu je. I've yet to go for the trainings la tapi. Hehe. As for JIVE, it is something that has got to do with events uh. Which, I am not sure ape lagi cuz I signed up for this IG this semester. Oh, I actually thought of joining floorball. But the trainings very jialat one. 4 days a week and about 3 hours a day. So yeah, now I'm giving it a second thought.
Oh yes, I have this one faci, who is from Korea but I don't know his name. He damn irritating, I tell you! Talking to him is like talking to some China people. With his accent and all. He pronounces 'ask' as 'aske' (as - ke) plus his 'ummm's and 'ahhh's. And he always pick on me.
"Nabilah, answer this." "Nabilah, any question?" "Nabilah, read this." "Nabilah ..." "Nabilah ..." And then, the other day, he called me Habilah. Freaking HABILAH!! Basket..
Okay, enough of school.
So umm.. I give tuition on weekends. To primary school students la. I teach maths, english and malay only. And a little bit of science. Juuusst a little bit. Yeah, I thought giving tuition is the easiest way to get some income. But then again, to a certain extent, it isnt. Especially when the tutee's parents expect the child to get good grades. If not, no more tuition. But fortunately, my tutees are all good. And their parents don't expect much. Just that, I have only one problem la. I was never early or even on time for lessons. The earliest I can get there is always 15 minutes after the actual time. The latest I've reached was an hour. Haha. Rabak kapa? Tetapi, nasib gua tetap baik. the parents all cool one. Still, cannot take advantage la ha. But really uh. Cannot help it already. I mean, I'd rather be late for the lesson and teach my tutees betol betol, rather than wake up early and feel sleepy.
Like this uh, I confirm confirm cannot be teacher.
At the same time, I'm helping my cousin and her friends with their events. The events are usually held at Singapore Arts Museum (sam), near Chjimes. We usually organize talks and acoustic events. In these events, local talents will be invited and of course, given the chance to perform for exposure. We usually call up students to come to our event. Aaaaanyway, holiday's just around the corner. Any plans??
